Leo John Boehnen

Leo was born on October 23rd, 1888 in Pine Bluff, Dane County, Wisconsin. Leo's father was William Boehnen and his mother was Mary Anne Bowar. His paternal grandparents were Ferdinand Boehnen and Margaretha Neison; his maternal grandparents were Laurenz Bowar and Sybilla Schlimgen. He was the second of five children. He had a brother and three sisters, named Ferdinand, Ida, Rosa and Gertrude. He died at the age of 79 on December 3rd, 1967 in Mitchell, Davison County, South Dakota. His burial was in Mitchell, Davison County, South Dakota.
