Mary was born on September 19th, 1893.  Mary's father was John Hubert Hohn and her mother was Anna Sybilla Schlimgen.  Her maternal grandparents were Mathias Schlimgen and Katharine Elizabeth Schell.  She was the seventh of eight children.  She had four brothers and three sisters, named Bernard, Fred, William, Carl, Josephine, Tillie and Martha.  She died at the age of 100 on December 11th, 1993.
