Anna was born on February 6th, 1898.  Anna's father was Charles T Schlimgen and her mother was Anna Wermers.  Her paternal grandparents were Mathias Schlimgen and Katharine Elizabeth Schell.  She was the youngest of eight children.  She had three brothers and four sisters, named Paul, Charles, Joseph, Emma, Katherine, Emma and Ida.  She died at the age of 87 in November 1985.
