Anton was born on November 29th, 1880.  Anton's father was John Schlimgen and his mother was Maria Baur.  His paternal grandparents were Mathias Schlimgen and Katharine Elizabeth Schell.  He was the oldest of three children.  He had a brother and a sister, named William and Aurelia.  He died at the age of 75 on November 19th, 1956.
