Frank was born on December 12th, 1886.  Frank's father was Mathias John Schlimgen and his mother was Appolina M Fischer.  His paternal grandparents were Mathias Schlimgen and Katharine Elizabeth Schell.  He was the second of ten children.  He had five brothers and four sisters, named Mathias, Roman, Leo, Joseph, Leonard, Bertha, Katharina, Wilhelmina and Josephine.  He died at the age of 37 on December 9th, 1924.
